"Herşey çok güzeldi sadece havuzdan sonra duşa girmek istemiştik su soğuktu ısınmadı 1 yıldızı o yüzden eksik verdim. Onun haricinde tekrar gitmek isteyeceğim güzel bi yerdi tekrar ailecek gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Kapalı havuz için kötü yorumlar görmüştüm ama aksine gayet güzeldi. Hizmetiniz için teşekkürler :) "

Ailecek 3 günlük bir tatil planlamıştık ve güzel bir deneyim yaşayacağımızı düşünerek rezervasyon yaptık. Ancak daha ilk giriş anından itibaren sorunlar yaşamaya başladık.
Rezervasyonumuz A17 oda olmasına rağmen, bizi A04 odaya geçirmek istediler. Bu değişikliği kabul etmediğimizi açıkça belirtmemize rağmen herhangi bir tatmin edici açıklama yapılmadan A04 odaya yönlendirildik. Tatilimizin daha ilk dakikalarında bu durum moralimizi bozdu.
