"I would say this is 5+ star stay. We felt at home. Excellent hotel location. Shopping center walking distance. Atmosphere is great. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Customer service is top notch by every staff/employees we connected. Aman and Ishu at reception were excellent. Dining is fabulous, all meals, so many varieties. Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well. Definitely will refer to friends. Thank you to everyone we connected."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at MoShams, and I can confidently say that it’s an ideal choice for anyone seeking a peaceful, serene, and luxurious getaway. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style, with the bed being exceptionally comfortable. The dining experience was outstanding. The Garhwali Thali was a true highlight and the masala omelette for breakfast was equally delightful. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the hospitality provided by Sharmila and Mohit and all of their staff. "Nicely appointed room. Good location. A bit far out of town, but having the mall next door was very convenient for shopping and eating. The main (and irritating) problem was very poor and insecure internet. One uses the internet routinely for so many purposes that poor access is a MAJOR negative. I recommend that the hotel address this issue with the highest priority."

"Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected."
