"Next level. This is truly a five star hotel in every way from the facilities to the staff. The location is directly across from the harbour and you can see the fishing boats coming and going. An easy walk to the Sunday market and the night market. There are shopping centres close by for all your needs. Markets are across the road. We had a sea view room which was spacious and lovely. Towels were white and fluffy. Bed linen luxurious and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The service we received from the staff was next level. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond. We felt very welcomed and loved our 3 night stay. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool. "

"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. We were happy with the room and the service."

"Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. I tried three times with no reply. My advice is to download the Grab app (I read they took over Uber here) then use it with airport wifi when you arrive. I did and it worked perfectly (and the fare is about US$1 so a good tip in cash is well in order). As for the hotel itself, the rooms are clean and modern so don’t be put off by the corridors to them. The pool area on the roof is quite nice (although the bar there is closed since covid) but there is nowhere to sit and if just one family with kids is there it’s not really worth staying around other than just to dip. I didn’t get to sample the breakfast as my flight (at 8.30am so not ridiculously early) meant I had to leave before it commenced. All in all, if you need a hotel for one night to make a connection next morning, this place will certainly do the trick. "

"An okay hotel with reasonable amenities. Be aware that there is no alcohol in this hotel despite the ‘mini bar’. Staff lovely and very helpful. Limited options for vegetarians especially at breakfast"
