Excellent value for money. Great location and all the hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help. Good for families and couples. Plenty of options for food/drink and a great atmosphere

The room was excellent and clean. All pools clean.

The hotel is lovely and has some stand out members of staff who genuinely want you to have a great time. The food is lovely in the little themed restaurants, it could be repetitive and a little messy in the main restaurant. The drinks are nice and location spot on.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

I recently stayed in this hotel with a girl friend of mine and we would both highly recommend it. It was pretty much faultless. The pool and sunbathing area was very clean and looked great, being cleaned every morning and evening. Go for a room with a pool view if poss, looked good day and night. The free ice water from the pool bar was a good touch. The food was always well cooked and tasty with a lot of choice. The staff were very friendly and we appreciated the perks after getting to know the...

We absolutely loved our stay here. The site of the hotel could not be bettered, around the corner from the trendy bars and shops, a two minute walk to the harbour and five minutes to the old town, perfect location. The hotel staff were great, especially around the pool bar, we could not have been looked after any better in a 5 star hotel. Yes, some of the rooms are a little tired, but spotlessly clean and good beds, you can see they are upgrading and doing it in sections. The food was super,...

It's a big hotel and has excellent breakfast. The location is convenient. You can go to some very good restaurants and the wonderful old town by foot. The standard room was alright but the bathroom's very small. If you want to wash your hands, you have to close the bathroom door first, then you can reach the basin.

Property was in a great location, very clean and walkable to beach/ restaurants.

Arrived 1 hour later due to delays ,staff on duty were really welcoming and nice, friendly, the reception/lobby was so cool with the a.c on has were always hot from being out and about .The room was lovely, cleaned every day, fresh towels ,sheets ,fridge stayed on even when we went out ,so did the a.c..Dryer in the room an a free safe to set up yourself and use , which was great . The Pool was really nice ,I think it's ok ,it might not be the biggest or deepest but it enough,to cool off when you...

Best all inclusive hotel I have stayed at. Not cheap but you very quickly earn that back in food and drinks. Service brilliant - all staff are very friendly, genuine and on hand to help. Special call out to Pepa in La Pasteria who especially looked after us Food amazing - buffet probably better than your average all inclusive buffet but still a buffet at end of the day and not the best food ever, however the food offered in the a la carte restaurant and cocktail bar (both of which you can visit...

If you want a sun tan, there are loads of pools and sunbeds in the grounds and on the roof. Also, I liked the underpass straight to the private beach avoiding the road.
