Breakfast was filling with a great set offered. Staffs were helpful and patient. Language barrier was not a big issue. They sincerely try their very best to accomodate. "We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. "

"What an amazing stay! We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were amazing and so helpful and attentive. We loved the onsen and all the amenities that came with the hotel… free ice cream, ramen, mochi and saki were just some of the great things. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Thank you for an amazing magical stay in hirayu onsen, we will be back!"
