Made to feel very welcome right from the start with friendly, helpful staff who were also very professional. Standard of accomodation was excellent. The hotel itself was warm and inviting with an open fire in the hall and the views from the dining room were quite superb. Beautiful grounds which would make the hotel a stunning venue for a wedding. The quality of food and presentation were both excellent. Can't fault anything.

We were on a tight budget so expected something quite basic for what we paid. Amazingly great value for money. We were put in what looked like a newly refurbished room with a great view of the woodlands. The room was immaculate and perfect for an overnight stay. The most impressive part of our stay was the onsite team. Incredible customer service nothing was too much trouble. We arrived quite late and they still accommodated making us a bite to eat.
