My family love every thing about this place

The hotel is newly opened and some parts are not yet operational like the ocean wing and some of its restaurants. However we loved our stay and wish to come back when the hotel has 100% occupancy. The food the room the service is a class apart. The staff delights you from the time u enter and the time you exit the hotel.. I loved the way they welcomed us with a cultural dance and bid us good bye by tying a yellow thread in our hand for a safe journey.. The best part of the hotel is...

The resort was very smart, and beautifully appointed. Staff were constantly cleaning, and tidying in the grounds, and the restaurant workers and poolboys very attentive.

A nice all-inclusive. Good range of drinks available all day, A little too much time between meals but snacks available. Good buffet and nice private meal in the garden terrace which was prepared especially for us which was very kind from the Chef.

We stayed here for 20 nights and got to know the hotel and staff pretty well. It is a great place to relax and although the ocean can be a little rough, we managed to swim everyday. Food quality is very good, especially the seafood restaurant. Same prices as local restaurants, but much better quality and hygiene. No need to leave hotel! Only gripe was music by the pool. They play the same CD over and over again. I kept telling them that people would rather listen to the waves and if the want to...

The staff were fantastic. The food was very good, especially the vegetarian curries. Hygiene standards were very high. The facilities were fine; a good sized pool, plenty of sun-loungers and an ok gym. The spa is worth visiting - excellent massages.

We ended up here after a self designed tour of Sri Lanka. It is an excellent hotel and the service was second to none. It has wonderful gardens and as swimmers we appreciated the very impressive pool. We used two of the restaurants and found the food good. It was a great climax to our holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the facilities the hotel offered.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel which is in such a great location with fabulous views of the beach. There's lots to do nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious (bed was huge!) and clean. The food was delicious. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect hotel, very close to beach. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the sea or poolside. Rooms are spotless and spacious with everything laid out well. All food is freshly cooked and the service flawless. We were looked after incredibly well by Anura and Dominic who could not do enough to help. Many thanks to all the staff.

We spent an amazing holiday at Citrus Hotel. The personnel is very friendly and accommodated our requests. Since we found Sri Lankan food too spicy, the hotel kindly prepared special (and delicious!) meals for us. The buffet offers a wide variety of options. Both the hotel and the grounds are very spacious and although the place was fully booked, it did not feel crowded. Excellent staff, beautiful property (had the best sunset we saw in Sri Lanka) and great food

First time in Sri Lanka. Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere. Friendly, courteous staff who couldn't do enough for us, a superb room with a balcony offering a beautiful beach view. We stayed five nights and didn't bother to eat anywhere else - the food was excellent. We wanted to take the chef home with us. We took long walks along the beaches and spent a lot of time in the wonderful hotel grounds and by the very stylish infinity pool. We want to visit Sri Lanka again soon...

Lovely small hideaway hotel by secluded beach. Just me and the fishermen. Personal attention. Nice pool and garden. Nicely prepared menu.
