The staff are genuinely happy to help guests. Rarely seen & experienced this level of service. A special thank you to Mr. Vignesh who went out of all the way to help us find our medicine during the wee hours. Can't afford to miss out on the delicious food from the restaurant, the Chef made sure we've had priorities sorted. Rooms were extremely clean and the housekeeping girls made us feel homely. Loved the day we spent at the hotel.

It is an excellent property, centrally located, metro rail station just a step away from its gates, with smartly appointed rooms with all modern amenities, Buffet breakfast served at the restaurant, a mix of Indian and European fare, included in the tariff, was excellent. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff, always polite, helpful and cheerful. Very special among them was Ms Pavana, at the reception desk, who addressed all our requests with clockwork efficiency, always with...

Excellent place. Suitable for families also. The only thing is pure vegetarian hotels are not available in the surrounding. Drinking water should be provided in the lodge.

Great experience & is an awesome place for vacation Staff are very polite and doing a wonderful job.

Everything was excellent

Room beautiful, lovely balcony, exceptional staff

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi

Upon arrival, I was greeted by wonderful staff. Food was great, room was perfect. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed. The staff are genuine and really care about their guests. Perfect airport transfer service too. Stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a delightful hotel in every way and the terrace pool is nice too.

"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. We unanimously agreed that it was a truly enjoyable experience. Firstly, the rooms were impressively spacious, allowing us ample space to relax and unwind after our daily excursions. Despite the building itself showing a bit of age, this in no way detracted from the comfort or functionality of our accommodations. One of the standout...
