She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. Then when they didn't clean for us for 3 days and they were supposed to clean every day, I was out of luck. In the end, however, we got to the point where they cleaned every day, but only by eye. There were four of us. They only gave us towels for the three of us. After a week, they started giving us four by themselves. In the meantime, we have already...

We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!'
