"Room was small but I’m told that was normal. AC was too loud in the room. Cleaning staff was excellent. "

"I was a solo traveler so room size was perfect for me. Room was clean. Housekeeping made sure I got everything I need since I opted out on room cleaning the 2nd day. The hotel is centrally located which was a plus. Staff were nice and friendly. The only downside: there’s no privacy windows. You can actually see other guests through their windows. I had my blinds down all the time."

"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "

"A nice hotel in the Chinese and India districts. Some things are walkable, but taking Grab to most places was easy. Also not far from an MRT station which connects to all the major lines. Rooftop pool is amazing with some of the best free views of the city. Food selection varies in the area, so we tried several different places. Hawker center near by was not that impressive. Staff is wonderful. Yes, rooms may be a little on the small size, but for 2 people it was perfect. No complaints during our stay. Would stay again!"
