"A short, 500 Meter flat walk to the best part of Laganas beach, but if you re looking for turtles come earlier in the year. The reception staff were brilliant. The rooms were a good size with good, hot showers. A quiet hotel even though it was quite full, in a quiet resort. Just what we wanted, all boxes ticked for us. Food was good but maybe not what the brochure said! If you are looking for evening entertainment then this is probably not for you.

"Really lovey hotel close to the town. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment when we arrived. Joy was an absolute pleasure and explained everything about the hotel.
The hotel is in a really tranquil part of town with wonderful views and great swimming pool. Definitely worth a visit "
"Maria, Nick and the rest of the staff were absolutley incredible. They were so helpful and made the best suggestions. The pool and pool bar is a fun hang out for a rest day or evening. Food was good, drinks were delicious and prices were right. I'll for sure be back!"
"The hotel is a quiet haven set in well maintained grounds yet a walkable distance to the busier strip and beach - the location is perfect.
Really helpful & friendly staff, special thanks to Viv at the bar.

"fantastic place to stay very freindly, nice atmosphere about the place beds are a bit hard no telly in rooms but would go back as the hosts make up for anything that is lacking"
"The staff was friendly and the service provided was excellent. I liked everything, the only thing a bit odd was the daily charge for air conditioner in the room. "
"Service and food were really good. The pool area was quite crowded, sometimes difficult to find sunbeds. The beds are not king size and not comfortable. The facilities need more maintenance. Overall, good value for money."

Bitzaro Palace Hotel - All inclusive
4/10 Poor
"Pool closed at 6pm, last serving in restaurant was 9pm. Air conditioning was only on for set times hence if you went back to your room after 9pm it was boiling until the aircon was switched on at 11pm. Drinks were awful, wine was poured out of a plastic bottle, not in the fridge, Diet Coke was just warm flat bottles. Overall felt like the hotel was constantly cost cutting. Would not return "
"The Marelen was perfect for us, the breakfast had many options, the pool bar was top notch service, its location is perfectly between the beach and main road for shops etc.
We were visiting for a few days for a wedding so staying in different hotels and multiple people mentioned how they really liked our hotel compared to others in the area - we are hoping to be back for a proper holiday next year!"
"Had a very enjoyable one night stay at Kalamaki Beach. Welcome was great and m shown to our room by the duty manager. The room was perfect for short stay. The bathroom was clean and functional. The pool area was quiet , clean and relaxing. The guy that runs the pool bar is very pleasant and friendly. We were moving on to another nearby hotel but offered that we could still come and use the pool and the snack bar. The location is perfect for an on the beach holiday but the rooms are set back a comfortable distance over several buildings. The breakfast was good and covered a wide option for diners. It was good to be able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast in the comfort of the veranda."
"This hotel is on the outskirts of Laganas, far enough from the strip, but close enough if this is your thing! Just without the noise.
The hotel was spotless, the amount of cocktail choices were more than most we have experienced (and far better!), the food was on point, the staff are so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Sunbeds were always available regardless of the time and despite the number of people, the pool never felt overcrowded. I would confidently recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed."
