"We stayed at this hotel at the end of the season, as such the food and drinks available were slightly more limited. The room was modern, just on the smaller side, but we were only there for one night so was perfectly OK. If we were there for a few days, it may have been an issue. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, especially the barman and the reception staff. The pool was definitely not the cleanest, you could see the dirt on the bottom and around the sides. If the pools were maintained better this hotel could be very good. Very nicely decorated hotel. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and our stay. "

Pool ,spa, bar and restaurant offered in clean comfortable outdoor area. Great value , highly recommend in Zakynthos. Public transport available close by. "

"The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. Rafael and the crew were always proactive and ensuring you have space for your food, ladies at reception were amazing all of them and cleaning ladies always smiling and leaving your room so tidy. One negative as mentioned above was the lady at the bar near pool, I’m not sure if that’s her character or she’s just bored with her job but she was extremely rude to people. I witnessed this few times myself when I was standing nearby and it wasn’t pleasant experience. I overheard her complaining about the money the hotel gives her, telling off customers who just arrived that they have to pay extra for iced tea and that she doesn’t care they’re all inclusive because everyone is all inclusive (it could have been said more nicer) or rolling eyes every time she had to stand up and saw queue near bar. "We did not have proper curtains so asked the réception and they made everything to get us some. On top they have a huge swimming pool that is just perfect when you are back from the beach. Staff were amazing."
