Staff were really good and supportive. The Rooms were clean and regularly serviced; if you need something you just have to ask and they will sort it. Food was good, with a big selection for Kenya. Their restaurant makes great curry! We had problems with a door that didn't lock and they moved us to a better room straight away. It is not 5*, but for a decent and simple hotel, for this area, it was great. We would go there again. They have suites with kitchens and a living area and kindly upgraded...
