    This hotel was a wonderful choice for our trip! The location was a 15 minute walk from the train station and close to retail shops for shopping. The hotel does not look like much from the front, but once you enter the doors you come into an environment that is committed to Service and for filling your needs. The morning staff made sure that breakfast was everything we wanted, including creating options that were not on the breakfast buffet to suit our desire. The in-house bistro is only open a few nights a week, but the chef created menu is amazing! One evening we dined there and had the Table Buffet that included 10 separate dishes, and each dish was a culinary delight. And the wine that was recommended by the staff paired extremely well with each dish!โ€ฆ

    This hotel has efficient and friendly staff who are multi-lingual. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast foods were typical of Germany, cold cuts, breads and brochen, cereals, fruit, cheese, yogurt. It was all very good. The coffee was decent and they offered many juice selections and tea and hot water as well. My room was on the first floor for which I was grateful since they donโ€™t have a lift. The only thing I didnโ€™t like was that my room overlooked the beer garden/smoking area. While it looks nice, the noise from restaurant patrons using the area was loud. My room didnโ€™t have shutters and the drapes were too thin to keep the lights from the garden from letting a lot of light in. I prefer a dark room to sleep in and the light bothered me all night. The bed was very firm but not uncomfortable. I never had the chance to eat anything at the restaurant other than breakfast but it was busy so that is usually a good sign the food is good. The property is picturesque and pleasing. I would stay here again.โ€ฆ

    My room was in the bldg next door and it looked like an old school dorm room, everyone elses room looked amazing and contemporary. I was taken back by the lack of a/c but the beautiful young lady at the front desk gave us extra fans since she knew we were not accustomed to this. The staff was amazing and really made staying there worth it! Itโ€™s centrally locate to everything within walking distance of K-Town! I would stay there again. โ€ฆ
