Disappointing
Arrived after driving 550km. At first fine but at 2300 had to phone reception sbout music/ noise Although receptionist tried to help we had no option but to change rooms. Not practical and not happy. Hotels.com tried to contact prpoerty but no answer therefore no refund. Customer service at hotels.com not at fault Definitely should have had tefund due to inconvenience of packing up at near midnight to another room!!!

Very Nice Airport Hotel. In the Squaire. Connected to airport bt two pedestrian bridges up escalators from check in lobbies A/Z and B/C. We were able to order food after 22:00. Room nice. Peaceful view of Stadtwald/City forest

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. The room was crammed and hot we had to leave the same day we checked in. The staff did not care why were leaving SO soon. But it was clean and quiet.

Erik Preis was the staff representative who checked me in. He was superb. He answered all my questions and the helped me order dinner from a nearby restaurant. I give him the highest marks for service, courtesy and friendliness.

Hohenfels Wrestling Team
Traveling with a group of students is difficult enough but with 2G+ precautions added to the mix, a group of wrestlers for a weekend tournament can be a ticking time bomb. We arrived late on Thursday to two lovely front desk agents that inspected our vaccination paperwork, assigned 10 rooms, and assisted me with dinner arrangements quickly. From there, the team enjoyed breakfast, some had to bag their breakfast and eat it after weigh ins, but nonetheless, enjoyed a great start. The beds were comfortable and the rooms common areas were clean. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Jennifer, Damaris, Alicia and Emily ALL are outstanding as well as a young man at the front desk also that I didn’t get his name (sorry) All are very professional with excellent personalities. Every question that I asked or needed help with they answered. I will be returning to this hotel within the next 6-8 months because of these employees and the cost. Please add a little more effort to the breakfast such as scrambled eggs, pork sausage links Thank You LNeal

My complaints: I had to pay 5 euro per night for parking. The room was too small for 1 adult and 2 children. The breakfast was too limited. The sofa bed had a very deep indentation and was painful to the back. My comments: The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean and tidy.
