"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

Internet not working, lifts not working...
While checking out credit card machine not working... and they didn't have change for cash.
Bad hotel better to avoid."
