Stayed at this well-maintained heritage property and loved the aesthetic appeal. It even has a charming café on site. Location is perfect too, just a few minutes from the station.

Room beautiful, lovely balcony, exceptional staff

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

Great location, staff are wonderful, food is excellent , nice chilled week before touring southern India

We liked the ambiance of this hotel, all the staff were very professional and welcoming the minute you walk in,the surrounding cleanliness, food choices and variety of breakfast and the head chef NIKHIL is always there to help and make you the dishes of your choice provided you let him know day or two, otherwise overall very very good.definately recommend it.5/5
