"Had an excellent stay at the hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel in six months for me and my wife. We both are senior citizens. The staff at the reception desk and rooms are courteous and well mannered. All in all a good stay, worth the money you pay."

The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give.
