"Due to delays, we missed our last flight connection and was able to book a lovely room at the Grand Hyatt in Terminal E, and the airport tram was easy transportation. We didn't have our luggage so reception kindly provided a 'kit" including toothbrushes and paste, plus the shower was very nice for weary travelers. Staff was great and we had a tasty late dinner in the bar lounge, which was still open. We had a very early check-out so didn't try breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate anyway."

"We did not experience the Breakfast as we had a 5:30 AM flight. It has always been excellent though. No need for laundry service. The room was clean and fresh. The staff is excellent. The shuttle personell are friendly and polite. Leaving at 3:30 AM with the first Shuttle, we left an item. the cleaning staff took it to the frontdesk and it was there upon our return the next week."
