Regarding breakfast, while the local selection was impressive, there is room for improvement in informing guests about holiday service changes. Providing me with a regular Friday schedule when I specifically asked about Good Friday hours caused us to misplan our excursion. Ensuring staff are consistently updated on holiday hours would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Apartment is perfect for a stay in Santiago. Centre is a 25 min walk or close to metro lines. Apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and big enough for the stay. The local area and particularly Italia ave are great although I only discovered this on the final morning. 😔 My only concern was communication. I didn't realise I would need a code to get into the building so being left in the street with limited way of communicating and no way of getting in was disconcerting. There is no reception on site. Luckily after a while and sending a few unanswered messages the maid opened the door and was so helpful. She got me into my room and contacted the owners. To be fair they apologised for the mix up. "
