"Too many additional fees were added to my bill that I didn’t use like resort fees taxes for this and taxes for that . Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel we paid for . That’s ridiculous "

"The property and breakfast was very good and convenient. Our only suggestion was the shower curtain was not long enough so it resulted in flooding whenever anyone took a shower. We suggest at least 4-6 more inch longer curtains or lower the curtain rods. Otherwise you will continue to have consistent flooding in your bathrooms."

"I have never loved a hotel so much! It felt old in all the right ways. The staff was so sweet and we had a windowless room but I loved it. I could have spent more time in the atrium but wanted to see the city!"

"Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire staff made us feel right at home. A very special thank you to Mr. Charles at the front desk—he truly went above and beyond for our family. Not only was he kind and professional, but he resolved our issue with our A/C very promptly. Also have to give Mrs. Jay(Concierge Area) a huge Thank you as well she was so patient and helpful with us and we were able to book 2 adventures even though it was time for her to leave. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the atmosphere to the customer service, this place deserves nothing less than a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"
