Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"Apartment by itself is fantastic, good location, sea view… But… No shampoo or shower gel or even hand soap… The shower flour mat.. was probably not washed fir a while… Dirt and dust in each corner and things that just fall apart. Nespresso machine without capsules… "

"Flat perfeito, bem espaçoso, cama confortavel, na cozinha so faltou panela pra usar no cooktop (mais pra mim nao foi problema, pois não precisei usar). O unico lado ruim é que o hotel não guarda sua bagagem, tive que fazer o check-out e ficar andando com as malas. "

Recepcionistas MUITO DESPREPARADAS e até GROSSEIRAS, sem nenhuma boa vontade para resolver. Na prática disseram: se vire que não é problema meu. Mais de uma hora para conseguir resolver. Falhas podem ocorrer, mas a postura das recepcionistas foi inaceitável. A raiva não compensou o conforto, ao menos pra mim"
