Quando cheguei o quarto tinha cheiro de pano molhado, além disso não colocaram papel higiênico no banheiro, falei na recepção sobre isso pela manhã e quando cheguei à noite ainda não tinha sido colocado o papel. Tive que ir novamente pedir, e só assim disponibilizaram. Tirando isso, o quarto é confortável, bem espaço, o café da manhã é gostoso e fui muito bem recepcionada tanto pelos atendentes quanto ao pessoal da cozinha.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Numa área super tranquila e próximo de tudo. Os funcionários são edicados e atenciosos. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura. O quarto era grande e bastante confortável. Decepção.

Lamentável. Ficamos hospedados por 6 dias e tivemos água quente só nos dois últimos dias. Isso após muita reclamação, desculpas não faltaram. Recepção com atendimento péssimo, sentimos uma falta de atenção total. Somente o recepcionista George, as camareiras e o pessoal do café foram cordiais e atenciosos. Muita humidade nas paredes e o corredor dos quartos do andar da recepção com um cheiro horrível em todos os dias.

A qualidade do hotel já não é mais a mesma

Estivemos outras vezes no Val Atlantic e gostamos, mas notamos nessa última estadia uma queda significativa na qualidade dos serviços de quarto: lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas velhos, não tão limpos e mau cheirosos. Um pena porque o hotel é muito bem localizado e sempre prestou um bom serviço, não sei se a falha está na administração atual. Espero que voltem a dar importância à limpeza que é item básico em qualquer acomodação.

Reforma sem planejamento, transtorno para hóspedes

O hotel está passando por uma reforma e não houve nenhum tipo de planejamento sobre como isso afeta a experiência do hóspede, deixando um ar de desleixo por parte da gerência. Pessoas transitando descalças e sujas de resto de obra, quartos abertos e mostrando a total bagunça. A área de piscina povoada de por pessoas trabalhando em horários onde deveria estar livre para quem quisesse utilizar. A única coisa positiva foi o café da manhã e o atendimento da recepção. Infelizmente uma decepção. Fiz a reserva confiando nas últimas avaliações e quando cheguei foi muito aquém das minhas expectativas.

Excelente! Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Tem uma área de café disponível 24h, com biscoitos. O café da manhã é EXCELENTE, com grande variedade de pães, bolos e frutas. De longe um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei nos últimos anos. Recomendo muito!

Acho que o hotel é bom, o local ótimo, peguei um quarto de frente com varanda, foi show. Os funcionários são excelentes, destaco as que atendem no café da manhã, recepcionistas são bons, o pessoal da arrumação também são excelentes. O café da manhã do hotel também é maravilhoso. Pontos a melhorar: Precisa dar uma modernizada nos ambientes, o piso é muito escorregadio na piscina e nos corredores, isso pode causar acidentes em pessoas principalmente idosas. Precisam trocar as cortinas que está bastante ressecada e velha. mas de 0 a 10 dou nota 9.

O hotel é bem localizado, confortável apesar das estruturas não serem tão moderna, limpo mas faltava sabão na pia do banheiro, tendo sabonete e shampoo líquido no Box. O ponto negativo foi não ter telefone no quarto; não regras para todos e Tínhamos que se comunicar no zap com a recepção para aqueles que não tinham o aparelho. Mas uma boa relação custo benefício
