"The staff here is not he most hospitable staff I’ve ever encountered in my 10+ years of traveling. My room was very clean and overall the property was clean. The fitness room had broken machines and was dimly lit but did its job. The stacks eager to help, host, and support their patrons. "

"The pictures of the property were nice and the front of the building exterior and foyer were beautiful but upon getting to the floor where my room was located and the room itself was very old and outdated. The halls smelled like it use to be smoking on the floor. Everything was old and dated. The carpet showed dirt spot and wear and tear. The walls needed to be painted. No microwave in the rooms it was by the ice machine. Not enough towels. The maid came in a day early while I was in the bathroom stating that she thought we checked out. Parking was $75 a day and should have been included. Ams each time entering the parking lot you had to get a ticket and then when you left you have to press the help button and tell them your name and room number to be let out. A huge inconvenience. No free breakfast there was a restaurant and breakfast was $36. Other than being in a good location the hotel sucked. Overall I would not stay there again. "

"I used Expedia to book a room so it didn’t say pay extra at the room I didn’t have because I had already paid now I can’t get my 310.00 back and I didn’t even get to stay in the room just go to the hotels your self save you some money and trouble not using again won’t get any more free money off me"

"I was never able to step foot on the property due to my flight being canceled. I reached out to the front desk when I realized I wouldn't make it to Atlanta. Chez advised me that they could check me out 03/09/2026 and that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd night. Yet another rep Jada popped into the same chat and said the room would be checked out tomorrow 3/10/2026. It's just bad customer service added on top of an already bad situation. I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days before my flight to Atlanta was canceled and when I finally get a flight back home to Wisconsin my luggage was still on the plane to Atlanta! This hotel mishap was the icing on the cake. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone."
