Several activities for kids. The staff was good with children and the kids loved the slides and the pool and the pizza. Breakfast food could use some improvement.

the location is great!! paper thin walls, low water pressure, same breakfast menu EVERY day - (that got old), parking garage and fee - ridiculous but the location was perfect

The breakfast was great!! The dinner was very small portion for the price!! The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean and great!! We love it!!

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was clean. However, the steam room and sauna were not working. The carpet needs a deep cleaning, and the power went out one morning.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort by Jackson Mountain Rentals
The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!
