"Older property but room was pretty clean. Great view from our room. Did not get fresh towels or housekeeping. Had to call to get fresh towels. Not many servers working on casino floor. Pool service great. Bartender and servers were excellent. Good location. plenty of parking. Would stay here again."

"Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am. we had to evacuate the hotel. We were on the 7th floor and as soon as we got outside we were told that we could go back to our rooms. if that wasn bad enough, we waited 20 minutes for maintance to come and restart the elevators. When maintance arrived he didn’t have the correct key after about another 10 minute we were finally allowed to use the service elevator to get back to your room. There was no apology or compensation provided for the inconvenience. "

"I just felt like my stay didn’t matter to the stay (just a number) Never once had housekeeping service. Had to request towels never picked up garbage. Valet staff acted like I was an inconvenience when I requested my car. Check in staff was kind of abrupt etc"

"This Hotel/Resort was portrayed as a kid friendly place to stay. Well it wasn’t. Nothing for children to do besides the pool. Check in was easy and the front desk were very nice. The staff/security were very rude. Only two that were not rude. I got stopped with my children for just BS basically. My children are 16 15 and 13 so no babies. If we didn’t leave the resort it would have been a horrible stay for them. Pipes burst so access to the main floor was not available for hours. Horrible funky smell on floor eleven which is where I reserved two rooms. I would not recommend nor would I ever stay at Golden Nugget."
