Esperava muito mais da hospedagem. Entendo que a proposta seja de um flat, e não de um hotel, porém o quarto deixou bastante a desejar em questões básicas de conforto e manutenção. Não havia itens mínimos de higiene, como sabonete. O chuveiro estava quebrado, não esquentava corretamente e ainda vazava pelas laterais. O banheiro também não possui suporte para acomodar itens de higiene pessoal, além de não ter maçaneta na porta. Percebe-se uma falta de manutenção no apartamento. É uma pena, porque o prédio em si é bonito, organizado e bem cuidado, mas o quarto não acompanha o mesmo padrão.

Gostei do quarto, embora o que fiquei não tivesse vista da praia. A estrutura do Unity é boa. Como ponto construtivo, diria que uma pequena manutenção da gaveta e da marcenaria seria bem-vinda, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Fomos bem recebidos, o apartamento é ótimo, tem Coworking decente e o café da manhã, para mim que como pouco, estava adequado, com menção à tapioca que estava ótima e a um bolo de chocolate que deixou saudades rsrsrsrsrs. Se você considera ir para JP este lugar é perfeito.

Atenção quando fizer a reserva

O ckeck-in foi péssimo. Antes de chegar ao hotel recebi mensagem dizendo que a estadia ainda não tinha sido paga e que era necessário fazer um PIX. Esclareci que conforme havia contratado, o pagamento seria feito na chegada ao hotel, através de cartão de crédito. Na chegada, tive que aguardar na recepção um código para pagamento que demorou para ser encaminhado pela empresa que administra o quarto. Além disso, o quarto não dispõe de itens de higiene pessoal, como sabonete e shampoo

O flat é muito bom: cama boa, eletrodomésticos novos, tudo limpo. Estacionamento fácil, comodidades ok. Praia na frente do prédio. O único defeito é o chuveiro: ou vc toma um banho gelado ou morre queimado. O pessoal que trabalha no prédio trata o hóspede com uma indiferença triste, atendimento bem ruim. Mas isso não tem nada a ver com o proprietário do flat.

Estivemos hospedados no Unity por 8 dias, ao chegar já nos deparamos com o chuveiro queimado e baratas dentro do armário. O que somente foi solucionado o problema 48h após a reclamação, ao realizar a manutenção o banheiro ficou sujo, inclusive o tapete ficou imundo e a única solução oferecida foi a substituição do tapete, outro aspecto que deve-se observar é que até papel higiênico tivemos que arrumar,

Apartamento espaçoso , muito confortável . O apto só tem uma pequena frigideira , portanto quem quiser cozinhar algo deve levar panelas e facas pois é muito deficiente nesse quesito. Disjuntor do chuveiro precisando trocar, quando liga o chuveiro elétrico, tudo se apaga.

Immeuble Unity...joli vue de l'extérieur..l'appartement 213....a fuir Tâches vaisselle cassee sifa rache.bref.la proprete laisse a desirer ....un chiffon de kacool menager pour nettoyer les taches de gras sur les portes les boutons électriques...bref...pléthorique de femles de lenages .. le Seul point positif fut mon check in ds la nuit du 10 au 11 novembre..suis arrive de sao paule a João Pessoa vers 3h du matin... Cuidado! Você pode reservar pensando que estará de frente ao mar, e quando chegar a este "condomínio" a sua vista será um um paredão. Antes de reservar, peça ao proprietário a localização da sua suite. É interessante também fazer as contas: talvez seja melhor um hotel com café da manhã. Na orla de Cabo Branco tem opções melhores de hotéis e/ou suites.

Hotel novo com acomodações novas. O quarto que ficamos limpo e com varios utensílios para uso do dia a dia. A unica resalva e a quantidade e qualidade da roupa de banho (toalhas). Percebe-se que já estão bem surradas. Porém de modo geral gostamos bastante. Voltaríamos com toda certeza
