"Nos hospedamos 2 noches. No nos fijamos q la habitación q reservamos no incluía aire acondicionado y la verdad nos hizo mucha falta, pensamos que por el precio era obvio que lo tendría. En la segunda noche nos trajeron un segundo abanico. La ducha estaba fallando porque el agua salía hirviendo o congelada y para que llegara a caliente demoraba muchísimo. Cuando intentabamos ponerla tibia teníamos q mover la llave de un lado para el otro para regularla. Si quieren una ducha relajante aquí no es. El personal es muy amable y educado y tienen mucha disposición de ayudar. El desayuno es incluído, pero el gallo pinto no tenía buen sabor le faltaba salsa Lizano y el huevo revuelto no estaba bien cocinado y no tenía sal, no quisimos decir nada en el momento porque al día siguiente íbamos a pedir que lo cocinaran mejor pero no nos dio tiempo de desayunar ese día. Probamos los platillos del restaurante, Salmón con vegetales (al salmón le faltaba condimentos) los vegetales si estaban buenos Tacos de res q sí estaban deliciosos Corte de entraña de res estaba bueno pero un poco frío Fettuccine lomito de res muy bueno Hamburguesa smokehouse la carne ocupaba más sazón también Las sangrías ambas tinta y blanca la sentí un poco más dulces de lo q esperaba Con nuestro niño fueron muy amables y agradecemos mucho eso! La cancha de básquetbol, la sala de juegos Nintendo y las zonas verdes son un súper bonus, con eso estamos muy felices. En general, creo q si volveremos a pesar de tdo"

"We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and this place is absolutely beautiful. The property is peaceful, scenic, and truly feels like a hidden gem. The only concern I had was that the website listed kayaking and lazy river tubing as available activities, but when we arrived, we were informed that they do not currently offer them. I think it would be helpful for future travelers if the website information were updated to avoid confusion. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. A special shoutout to the staff, they were incredibly sweet, humble, and provided excellent service throughout our stay."

"Hotel is just ok. Rooms dont have the amenities they offer. To have a fridge, they did a downgrade of the room. Restaurant not good. They confused the orders, 45 minutes wait for the wrong plate and very expensive. I cant recommend this place."

"El piso de la habitación estaba bastante sucio y el mantenimiento le falta pintura. Tiene experiencia de chimenea pero la madera estaba húmeda por lo que no pudimos vivirla. Esa era una de las razones por la cual decidimos quedarnos ahí."

"The site is well laid out, and we enjoyed our stay. There are some reptiles in terrariums and a butterfly aviary. Part of the paths is fully paved, which avoids walking in the mud; another part is unpaved and quite muddy. It would be helpful if the site provided rubber boots, as we saw at other lodges, since few people bring this type of bulky boot with them. We were able to observe a good variety of birds, but they were often high in the trees. It would be really great if this site installed a fruit feeder and hummingbird feeders, as we saw in several places, so that the birds would be easier to observe."
