The location was perfect for exploring the city, especially Hongyadong, which was within walking distance. The night view from the room was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. "Not unsatisfied. Was expecting a bathtub and got a shower but they offered to switch us the next day if we wanted. The hotel itself is on the 38th floor of an office building so infrastructure issues like the long waits for an elevator are out of their control. Location is great, plenty of food places right outside open till midnight. A mall across the street and other night markets within walking distance. I would stay again,the staff was helpful and accommodating."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! We speak very limited Mandarin but we were able to communicate well with the staff both in person and through wechat. They were very responsive and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Location was great. You're walking distance from the main shopping area. The only thing that is annoying is the elevator. I believe the cloud eye observation deck is in the same building along with some other things? You have to transfer elevators halfway up. During rush hour everyone is pushing and shoving to get into the elevators."

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were incredible and the property was clean. The staff was incredible and attentive and went above and beyond with recommendations. The staff walked me to my room and were great at communicating through WeChat. The room had fantastic views of the city and the bathtub was so spacious and nice. The room was also filled with high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I loved that you could reserve the pool at the location all for yourself to prevent awkward interactions with other people staying at the hotel. And they even offered a photography service with free photos which was so nice! I will certainly only book this hotel when I return to Chongqing and recommend it to everyone that I know that will visit Chongqing. It was a great location. Close to restaurants, train station, Raffles city, convenience stores, 18 min walk to Honya cave! I would give it a score of 100/10. Thank you to the wonderful staff"

"Nice hotel in a convenient location just 5 minutes walk to Jiangfangnei pedestrian street. But rooms are noisy because there is no real sound suppression in the rooms. Hotel is on the 2nd floor on a busy street so you hear cars beeping their horns untilidnight then again at 6am. Can easily hear conversations from people in the hallway as well."
