The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. When we requested a room change, the staff handled it promptly and without hesitation. All the bellmen and front desk staff were very attentive, making our arrival and departure smooth. One of the front desk staff truly stood out. While we were waiting for our taxi to the airport, she thoughtfully brought us bottled water — a small gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. She also recommended a nearby drone light show at the hotel’s scenic viewing spot, giving us a beautiful and memorable way to end our trip."

"The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "

"The view was amazing but I would be lying if I said the room looked anything like the pictures. It's not nearly as well renovated and is in a very old building that is worth knowing before booking. But for price and location it is amazing but the room and bathroom are a lot less nice and still feel like it needs renovation. The patio is amazing and the staff were very punctual and great at responding."

"My experience at the Westin Chongqing Liberation Square was a mixed one. The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, the pool and gym great. However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."
