"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"原本以為木頭裝潢會很老舊，結果還蠻不錯的。重點房間打掃蠻乾淨的，比很多日本的商務飯店還乾淨，櫃檯跟餐廳的服務人員都很熱心。停車也方便，宵夜也很有誠意，早餐選擇非常多。床是比較有支撐力的，不會陷進去，枕頭高度剛好，一覺到天亮。"

"Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Felt a lot more like a hostel but it’s acceptable for its price. "

"Average facilities average cleaniless. Staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to ensure we were comfortable. Like the bathroom which is big and has both hot and cold baths. Located near the main street so eating and shipping were quite convenient."

"Not a place for onsen. Photos is deceiving. Poor environment and facilities for onsen relaxation. There ar better places for such a hotel price."
