"Great staff, property, and place to stay. Very central to the city and helpful team working there. I left an item in the room and they were able to hold it until I returned to pick it up. They go above and beyond"

"The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby. "
