"Everything at Lees Hotel was exemplary! The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge, withboth a tub and shower. It is located in one of my favorite areas of Kaohsiung. The staff were also very kind and helpful."

Regrettably, the hotel’s overall presentation suggests a significant lapse in maintenance standards. Observable deficiencies included a visibly damaged bicycle rack near the main entrance and the presence of scattered debris in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the property's facilities appear to be in a state of disrepair, and the air quality within both the common areas and the individual guest accommodations was notably compromised by pervasive and unpleasant odors."
