Lovely little hotel close to the main shopping street and beaxh. Probate beach area available. The pool was small but sufficient for the children to play in and cool off. The staff were amazing, we were arriving late at 11pm so the reception arranged everything with the night porter. The owner is lovely and playful with the children. Very informative and helped us to plan our day and activities. The room was small but sufficient for us 1 adult and 2 children. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean and modern. 1 negative point is that the area is noisy (to he expected in a beach/holiday town). And the windows did not keep the sound out. I needed to use ear plugs to block out the noise of noisy holiday makers outside. But this did not spoil our stay and the positives far outweighed the noise.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Portofino. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the hotel provides allocated sunbeds, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars right on the doorstep. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Sehr nettes Hotel, Strandnah und cool renoviert im Urban-Style. Freundliches Personal, super Frühstück, gute Betten und sehr sauber. Reservierte Strandliegen (wir bekamen sogar eine Zusätzliche). Gratis Parkplatz entweder gleich beim Hotel (oder wie wir) knapp 3min zu Fuss bei einem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Top

Schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne Pool und die Nähe zum Strand. Auch die Shoppingmeile ist schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Ich war mit meinen beiden Kinden 4 Tage im Hotel Portofino, es war toll. Wir sind bereits morgens angreist und unser 3-Bett-Zimmer wurde kurzfristig sehr schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosses Badezimmer, vielleicht etwas wenig "Stauraum" fürs Gepäck, sonst alles sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war reichlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, weg vom Getümmel und doch super zentral. Für uns steht fest: klare Empfehlung!!

Wir waren über das Wochenende zu Gast im Hotel Portofino, wir wurden von Anfang an freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit empfangen. Rezeption, Hauspersonal und Servierkräfte, immer ein nettes Wort und freundliches lächeln auf den Lippen. Saubere Zimmer in ausreichender Größe, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, toller Pool mit Liegen, was will man mehr. Zentral gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten (Gebührenpflichtig) neben dem Gebäude und hauseigenem Großparkplatz etwa 400m entfernt. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingmeile direkt vor der Türe. Nur zu empfehlen, wenn man ein tolles, gemütliches Hotel zentral gelegen sucht, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für dieses schöne Wochenende 😊

Wir haben für eine einzige Übernachtung rund 400 € bezahlt und waren vom Service leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer wäre ab 14 Uhr verfügbar gewesen, wir haben es allerdings erst gegen 19 Uhr bezogen, da wir den ganzen Tag im Caribe Bay waren. Am Anreisetag hätten wir zwar Zugang zum Privatstrand gehabt, konnten diesen dadurch aber überhaupt nicht nutzen. Auf meine freundliche Frage, ob wir dafür den Privatstrand am nächsten Tag noch nutzen dürften, kam lediglich ein klares „Nein“ – wir könnten ja an den freien Strand gehen. Dort kosten allerdings 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm nochmals 38 €. Ähnlich beim Parkplatz (10€ /Tag) Wir kamen erst gegen 19 Uhr an, mussten den Parkplatz am nächsten Morgen aber bereits bis 10 Uhr verlassen. Auch hier gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen, obwohl wir ihn am Anreisetag praktisch nicht genutzt haben. Mir ist bewusst, dass Hotels feste Check-out-Zeiten und Regelungen haben. Bei einem Preis von ca. 400 € für nur eine Nacht hätte ich allerdings zumindest etwas Kulanz erwartet – sei es, den Parkplatz noch ein paar Stunden länger nutzen zu dürfen oder den Privatstrand am Abreisetag. Gerade weil wir weder Parkplatz noch Strand am Anreisetag wirklich genutzt haben, wäre hier sicherlich eine kleine Lösung möglich gewesen. Preis-Leistung und Kundenservice haben für uns daher leider überhaupt nicht gepasst. Schade, denn mit ein wenig Entgegenkommen wäre unser Eindruck vom Aufenthalt ein ganz anderer gewesen.
