A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. "My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

"Super nice camping spot! The advertisement is a little misleading, I wasn’t sure what I had booked until I got there. Staff was friendly and the whole campground was clean! There was also a bus stop right outside of the campground which took us to the center of Venice which was so helpful. Would recommend for a short stay outside of Venice :)"

The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"We were pleasantly surprised that this room was actually a 2 bathroom apartment! Vanessa and the other woman who greeted us (cannot remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. The room and location were fabulous, and it was just a short walk to/from the vaporetto. For an extra fee there was a washer/dryer available in the room which was very handy during our stay. "My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."
