Staff was very kind and helpful, but the property itself was older, run down, and our room did not seem very clean. It was definitely not what I was expecting when I booked the stay. The area also seemed to be a bit sketchy, so we felt somewhat uncomfortable as two young women staying alone at this location. Would not recommend.

My stay was absolutely enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible especially when requesting an early check in and/or late check out. Not many places offer that free service as well as pet-friendly. I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn.

Very convenient location if you want to tour New York. The Bus Stops are right in front of the hotel so we parked our car at the hotel and went to NYC without having to drive into Manhattan traffic. The staff was very nice and ready to help navigate the Bus Schedule and Route. The room was clean and pleasant. Did not have any inconvenience.
