"First I was put in a room that smelled of smoke, had no refegirator, remotes on both old TV,s wouldn't work, there were double beds when I had booked for a King sized bed, room did not face the river as advertised, overall room ambiance was tardy, etc. I went the service desk and requested to be moved to another room with a King bed and one that faced the river as that was my selling point! I tried to reach hotel.com but was not able to reach a live person but couldn't get through by phone! Reluctantly the hotel service desk provided a room with a King sized bed, but still not facing the river. I enquired about the reason for that and was told the hotel was booked which I know was not true because I attempted to book another room directly from the hotel and there were plenty rooms to choose from! The river and the pristine surroundings and the ferry rides compensated for the disappointment! "
