"I’ve previously rated this hotel 5 star. Slightly less this time. Most staff were very friendly and supportive, but some were not. One lady on reception, and some in AQ35. Also despite visiting in late September heat, there was no option to have poolside drinks/snacks. The menus were on display, ..."
