"The perfect getaway paradise !!!"

"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault."

"We stay here every time we are in the area. Rooms are large, updated and clean. Reklis Brewing is .5 miles away and great for dinner, followed by ice cream at SSIC before walking back to the hotel. Morning stroll to Maia Papaya for specialty coffee and pastries ends with another 1-mile round trip on foot from the hotel. Major bonus: dog friendly!"

"This is our fourth time staying . It’s very convenient for us as far as location. The place is a little outdated, but the view from the gazebo in the back is gorgeous."

"Softest sheets I’ve ever felt! This was a great place to stop over night. Was able to do laundry and got a great night sleep. The restaurant and bar next door was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson."

"Went during the winter time, so there was not a lot of activities, obviously. Extremely limited with food options. Not a whole lot to choose from for light options on the menu in the main hotel."
