"I travel frequently and hold Expedia Gold status, but this was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I've ever had.
The property is a self-check-in hotel, yet the only information I received before arrival was a four-digit passcode. There were no instructions about where to park, how to find the hotel entrance, or how the check-in process worked.
When I arrived, I found a large mixed-use building with no clear hotel signage. My reservation included free parking, but there was no information on where to park. I had to call the property using my international phone to get directions. After finding the correct parking area and checking in at one of several kiosks in the lobby, I received a room key.
Unfortunately, the key did not work at the elevator entrance. After several more minutes of confusion, I finally discovered that hotel guests were supposed to use a separate service elevator.
Honestly, the entire arrival process felt more like an escape room game than checking into a hotel. At every step I had to figure out the next clue on my own—where to park, which kiosk to use, how to access the elevators, and how to reach the room.
The room itself was just okay—nothing special, but adequate for a one-night stay. My main complaint is the lack of communication and guidance. What should have been a simple check-in took nearly an hour to figure out after a long day of traveling with my family.
Not acceptable for a property near the airport and listed on Expedia."
