From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything!
The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus!

"Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa."

"Perfect location if you're set to move around in Tangerang. Lot of eateries nearby like Pizza Hut, Subway, Dominos, etc.
Shopping mart is just opposite to hotel for buying any necessities.
Good location. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay here. "
