My husband forgot his backpack on the train from Narita to the hotel, and this awesome hotel front desk agent called the Narita Express office, and they were able to locate his backpack! That could have been a disastrous start. The location was also perfectly and conveniently located next to Tokyo Station where we were able to take day trips and then the Shinkansen to our next destination. I highly recommend Marunouchi Hotel. "
