Well trained and very polite staff. Hotel is located in the scenic beauty of Panchgani. Its very well maintained. Has kids zone with age appropriate toys, video game, etc. Snooker, table tennis are the attractions. Evenings are enlighted with drums. Day and night views are spectacular. The restaurant food is good and has a good spread of varieties.
I would like to come back here and was offered a discount as well on next booking.

The staff were very polite and helpful - The place is gorgeous - you can trek to a river shore where you can enjoy your time - the food is amazing and overall they did not ask for a review like other shameless hotel people - it is after getting good hospitality I am writing
