I liked the bacon. And the girl who helped with checkout. Other than that, when we got there the lobby and elevator floor was VERY sticky. And smelled of bug spray as well as so did my room. Not good.

Booked our stay because they had a pool. Got there and the pool was closed for maintenance. Website did not mention it was closed, despite the nice front desk lady telling us it had been closed for a few months for maintenance. They should update the websites they advertise on when the pool is closed.

The people at the front were nice and check in was easy. The room was clean but the towels were kind of dingy and the ceiling was peeling. There was also some moldy spots on it. The breakfast was decent. The people next to me were so loud and rude I barely slept though so that was unfortunate as the walls are pretty thin.

We stayed there for two days while we were going to do a wine tour by Lake Erie. Staff were very friendly, they had a very good breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was the area & and I wasn’t the only one thinking this.

I rearely complain but this time i am. The indoor pool was so cold my 10 year old grandson wouldnt get in it. The room we had was an adjoining room but we werent with anyone, with that being said the people they put in that room were VERY loud. Like deep male drunk voice all hours of the night till around 4:30 in the morning. Made it very difficult for our 250 mile drive the next morning.

Everything was right in walking distance so we could park at the hotel and just go. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, the staff was all great! Room was perfect

It smelled like smoke everywhere and weed in the stairwells. Floors were all slippery from people running from the pool in the hotel halls. Piles of dirty food wrappers outside of rooms. Our room smelled like mildew. Beds seemed ok but we left and didn’t stay. Went to a different hotel.

While staying at the la Quinta hotel the staff has been very kind and courteous. We have our 3 young kids with us which we were concerned would be an issue since they are kids and can be loud at times but we had no issues with the hotel. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping always knocks on the door daily to see if you need anything. I bring this up because I have had issues with this at other hotels we have stayed at. I recommend this hotel over all other hotels in Jamestown NY.

We stayed there 4 nights. No one offered towels, made beds or coffee or even emptied the garbage cans. It said they were saving water. Hey COVID excuses are over. The seem good and friendly but obviously management doesn't know anything about customer services. I heard people complaining about the rooms and things were not working or dirty. It use to be such a nice hotel. Breakfast was fine.

First of all the swimming pool that looked very nice in the photos was in all actuality stained on the bottom and looked brown. The light inside the room was flickering and never did turn on. There is mold/mildew on top of the air conditioner. Bed sheets had stains, and the beds were very lumpy. This is only the beginning of the problems. Three people staying in this room , but only two towels, bathroom floor had visible footprints and when trying to wipe that the towel became BLACK!!! Got in the shower and then realized the door was broken, handle not attached , and off the track so wouldn’t shut. This was a huge mistake staying here and will not make that mistake again..

The day of our stay we realized we were going to get to the hotel late due to family obligations so we called and let the hotel know and told them we did not want them to rent out our selected king room. The person who answered said that would not be an issue and they would never rent out our room. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 pm. we were told there were no king rooms left our room had been rented. We were told in it's place we would get a double queen suite at the same price. Not happy but just wanting to start our weekend we agreed. When we entered the elevator there was a liquid dripping down the control panel and running down the wall and a puddle under it on the flood. There was also a very strong skunk like odor in the elevator so bad we had to cover our noses. We hoped to have relief of the odor when we got off the elevator but it was only worse in the halls on our floor so we hurried to the room which happened to be at the very end of the hall. When we got there the door was broken and appeared at some point to have been pried open with a crowbar. Luckily the door still operated but we were not sure how secure it was so we used the bar lock inside at all times. The room itself was not bad other than it not being what I considered a suite and the beds being so high I was not able to get into them without a boost. When we went to breakfast the next morning the scent in the hall was covered by the scent of breakfast but elevator was never cleaned all weekend

Didn’t have king room we reserved, if we wanted 2 queens we would have reserved them. Shower had gunk build up all around edges and floor except where water hit. Hallways smelt musty moldy and had numerous dehumidifiers in them. Breakfast was ok. Could have been a much nicer experience. Cannot recommend.
