"The front desk clerk was amazing. He was tending to all the guests. The property and rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hair dryer didn't work in our room and the tub was patchy but clean. I think the housekeeping could be a bit better but still a great place to stay. The front desk clerks would make it all worth it. He needs a bonus or raise! Awesome worker! "

"Only paid for the room for my daughter and 3 of her friends to swim. We checked in about 3, the kids got their swim stuff on about 4:30 and walked to the pool and they were back in the room less than 5 minutes later because the pool was disgusting! There was green algae growing on the bottom of the pool and it was apparently bodily fluid smelling. The hot tub looked like shreks swamp green and cloudy and FOUL smelling! The stairs to the slide were rusted and sharp, and the jets that push water down the slide were broken and pouring the water everywhere except down the slide! The girls just came back to the room to get my husband to show him, a worker was very rude to my husband for taking photos stating a child at a birthday party had vomited in the hot tub and that he was aware of it and told my husband to leave! We contemplated what to do for about an hour and decided to ask for a refund and go to another hotel, the front desk staff got the cook apparently who yelled at us and 3 staff including the cook got very loud and told my husband to shut up! They refused the refund and told us to leave! $150 for NOTHING! Gross! Do better! "

"We were able to check in a little earlier than expected, which was very nice. Very clean, staff was friendly. Hot tub was great, pool was great. It was very quiet at the hotel witch was nice."

"Arrived late at night, beyond tired, and our room was 90°. Literally. No other rooms were available and no discount was offered. Got up this morning and there was no shower curtain. Not worth the money. At all. "

"Staff was great. Hot tub and pool have been out of order for a year. We got a handicap room that was very old and not clean. Usually we have great rooms at this holiday inn "

"Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back! "

"Property is tired. Pillows and bedding need replacing. Beds were comfortable but should be upgraded, at least with the newer mattress encasing covers that are readily available. Workmanship like caulking and painting are poor. Parking lot has some serious pot holes. Pool and spa were closed. Restaurant was not open for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful."
