"The breakfast didn’t start until nine and it was just coffee and cold cereal and half the time no one was there and the doors were locked. the morning of checkout at 11. No one was in the office and the doors were locked I Had to call the number. The door had a gap at the bottom and bugs were coming in. I killed two cockroaches. The pool was green and dirty for the first two days."

"This was a quick turnaround/last minute booking, so I wasn’t expecting wonderful. However, the property is not smoke free and severely impacted my stay because it affected my health. I did not stay past the first night. Property owner did not waive second night that I did not stay."

Kathy and Tim are exceptional hosts who are like old friends by the time you check out. They provide a variety of breakfast options that start your day off right. Their beachfront across the street is the perfect place to take a long walk or relax on the chairs that are provided. If my husband and I are anywhere near Flagler Beach again, we will absolutely stay here."
