"The hotel staff first off were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and updated. I will definitely stay here again when I get a chance to come back through. "

The only thing I should have asked if the room was on the main floor, it was not.
You have to climb up about 15-20 steps, no elevator.
Carrying luggage upstairs is not my favorite.
It was such a beautiful place."

"This was a great value compared to other options we explored. The location was good. The only negative was shower curtain was stained and probably should have been replaced. We will seriously consider returning the next time we need accommodations in the area."

"We always stay here when going to Cleveland. Close to everything, but feels out of the way. Staff is excellent, always clean and feels like home away from home. Great place to stay."
