"This is not a hotel standard in Jakarta, this is only apartment rental. I tried to call the owner to confirm my booking, but no answer. It just like lost at no where. If there were posibility to cancel my booking and return my money, i will do.
Luckily I could convince apartment guards to give apartment key. Since now the owner never call me back. It very bad experiences and the rent price not worth at all."

"The staffs are really friendly & helpfull. Quick response. I needed to print my boarding pass, they help me printed it gladly.
Just want to add for the house keeping, my suggestion is the room should be clean everyday automatically. So no need to ask & leave key in the front desk.
And note also for the key card access most of the card don't work for the swimming pool gate. Need to fix it. Because it's really a big hustle try to find security to open the gate."

This hotel has good security, a nice swimming pool and a very good breakfast. The restaurant is adequate for lunch and dinner but nothing special, and thereare no restaurants within walking distance. The rooms have kitchens so recommend buying groceries if you are staying awhile.

Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value. Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay.

Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful
