Hotel is placed strategically closed to the Gading mall. Service however is very bad! When we checked in yesterday it took them bout 20 mins to served the person before us. When they checked us in, it took them about the same too. No mention of what level the room is, what's the wifi, any breakfast available, where the restaurant is, etc. Just now we had my husband passport dropped off at the front desk as we were out and we've queued for like half an hour and being skipped of service by the receptionists a few times. Even the security knew we were waiting for awhile already. No apologies made whatsoever. They really need their staffs to be trained better how to give a good customer service. For a little bit more you can go to other hotel with excellent customer service!!!!
