The rooms were not very clean. Sofas were full of dust and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. The staff was very courteous especially Mr Punit. They helped resolving the issues.

Not value for money

Restaurant is too expensive. Toilets are not cleaned. Very limited TV channels on TV. Overall very disappointing. Won't come here again. Pathetic.

Expedia にのってたホテルの写真が立派すぎです！実物は全く違います‼️良くないです！ フロント従業員の全員の態度が悪すぎてがっかりです！挨拶はしない…こっちからしても返さない！知らない街ですから、色々聞きたいことは当然だと思いますが、何も教えてくれませんでした！街のギャングに見えました！ ホテルの掃除係やレストランのスタッフは素晴らしいです！朝ご飯の時も非常に親切でした！ ホテルの部屋もきれいです！ただお湯がぬるいです！

Bad experience

There was no hot water at evening. I ended up taking cold shower, which got me very sick just because of their saving on electricity. In the morning, the water was barely warm. Internet was on and off, while AC didn't work properly. At their expensive restaurant, the tables were dirty and the menu cards were stained all over by food. Horrible!

Not what I expected

First of all as we entered the room were not even having windows as we were promised city view. Kitchen staffs were rude and the breakfast was really dull. Quantity of food was very small, they served it in small bowl. The TV of room was not placed at proper location as per the bed direction. Housekeeping staff threw away my face wash while cleaning. The bathtub were old and not proper. We booked a cab from travel desk a hotel which over charged us in the name of parking charges and uphill climb charges. Could have found better hotels in that money.

Nice hotel to stay for short trips.

Unfortunately my stay was for few hours so can't say much about the hotel. However, I will share whatever I experienced in that short span. The hotel is nice and beautiful. The staff was polite and helpful. I haven't ordered or tried food so no idea about that. The rooms were good however, being situated near the station, there would be lots of noise. They tried to reduce the sound by using glass, but still it is noisy and because of glasses it is not airy. So if you want a hotel with complete peaceful environment then this is not the one because of location. Over all it is a nice place to stay near the station and have great time in the city.

Terriblemente sucio.

Hotel mugriento donde los haya. Sábanas sucias, todo lleno de polvo, bichos en los baños, mugre por todas partes, el desayuno con platos y tazas llenos de grasa y restos de comida. Es un palacio, pero no han limpiado desde que lo construyeron.El personal muy antipático.

Transportation convenient place.

Condition of the rooms is very good. But did not clean. When check out the staff was billed as not pay a significant amount, without any explanation, I have not used the service charge.
